How to remove a user's access to the ITESMEDIA Studio

Is there an employee leaving your organization, changing responsibilities, or no longer part of the team managing your display network communications? Here’s how you can remove their access to the ITESLIVE Studio.

Important: You must have access to user management to complete the following steps.”

Once logged into the ITESLIVE Studio, click the button to access the tree view and navigate to the group account that contains the user you want to remove. Once you have located the group account, click the gear icon to its right

In the dropdown list that opens, click on the entry named 'Users'.

You will then find yourself in the user management section for the selected group account.

Once there, you have three methods to remove a user’s access.

Disable the desired account

In the user list on the left side of the window, click the “Active” button on the line of the user you want to disable.

Once their account is disabled, the user will no longer be able to log in to the Studio.

Delete the desired account

In the user list on the left side of the window, click the icon identified in the screenshot below.

Once deleted, the user will disappear from the list and will no longer be able to log in to the ITESLIVE Studio.

Add an expiration date to the account

Click on the desired user in the list on the left side of the window.

Once you see the user’s information appear on the right side of the window, click the calendar icon to the right of the “Expiration Date” header to set an expiration date for the user’s account.

Then click the clock icon to the right of the calendar to add a time at which the account will expire.

Once the expiration date and time have passed, the user will no longer be able to log in to the ITESLIVE Studio.
