It is possible to broadcast our buses occupancy status in our displays

The occupancy status of the vehicles is a part of the GTFS-RT feed, it is possible to broadcast it in your ITESLIVE display. It is not common practice to broadcast the data itself in the display, generally the displays that broadcast this information will do it in a more visual fashion, by using icons to represent the occupancy status for the trips who have this data available. 

For this data to be available, you must ensure that the information is added to your GTFS-RT feed according to the GTFS standards.
