New Features

  • 10444 - Added the ability to filter routes in transit clips, allowing users to include or exclude routes available for the same stop_id.
  • 10419 - Added a feature to configure the logging level for each player (Papercast).
  • 10335 - Added a configurable option to ignore the other GTFS-RT trip matching fields when a trip_id is provided.
  • 10333 - Added the ability to replace GTFS field values using a regular expression based on another field, providing greater flexibility in how transit data is displayed when the source data differs from the desired presentation.
  • 9939 - Added several new options to the Transit Text-to-Speech feature, including multilingual support and configurable voice profiles.
  • 10287 - Added support for uploading multiple media clips (e.g., images and videos) simultaneously to a distribution list.
  • 10413 - Added a list view to the Files window.

Changes

  • 10343 - Updated the default settings for E-Paper displays in the Edit Player window, including the Fixed Refresh Rate and Update Refresh Rate parameters.

  • 10417 - Removed the legacy reporting module.

  • 10450 - Increased the QR code availability time for installations from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.

  • 9652 - Reused the response from a GTFS-RT request when two clips use the same provider and the same stops, regardless of the rest of their configuration.

  • 10376 - Renamed the Bandwidth Usage option to Screen Status and Software Update Scheduler in the Screenshot Dashboard.

Bug fixes

  • 10423 - Fixed an issue where GTFS-RT trips with trip_properties were automatically duplicated, even when they were not duplicated trips.
  • 10421 - Fixed an issue preventing duplicated GTFS-RT trips (Duplicated Trips) from being displayed in iClient and Preview.
  • 10372 - Fixed an issue where XML clip data was not refreshing on Tizen and webOS players.
  • 10339 - Fixed an issue where text was not displayed on NodeJS/Papercast when the font name did not match the source font file name.
  • 10328 - Fixed an issue where screenshots captured on Linux using maim/X11 caused iWatch to freeze.
  • 10324 - Fixed an issue where GTFS trips from the previous day were affected by GTFS-RT updates with delays greater than 12 hours.
  • 10320 - Fixed an issue where button presses did not work when the button type (single, double, or long press) was not specified in the template.
  • 10345 - Fixed an issue where the Save button disappeared when more than one user invitation existed.
  • 10318 - Fixed an issue where the display order of elements was not always respected on NodeJS/Papercast.
  • 10316 - Fixed an issue where external colors were not applied to text elements on the NodeJS/Papercast version.
  • 10289 - Fixed an issue where iPlayer would freeze when the local GTFS file was corrupted or incomplete.
