What are alert thresholds

Alert thresholds are configurations that exist in the ITESLIVE Studio, these configurations determine the values that will make signage players on your network indicate that they have active alerts. These alerts can be critial or non critical and can be sent in different ways.
- In an email feed (creates an email for each event that takes place on the network)
- In an email summary that contains all the events that took place in the last 24 hours
- In the ITESLIVE Studio, in the form of notifications (in the top right-hand corner)
You can see the default values that are configured in the ITESLIVE software in the following article, these values represent the alerts that are common to all signage networks and can be used for any signage project.
