What are the options if my display player is running Windows 10 at end of life?
Starting October 14, 2025, certain editions of Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft.
To ensure the proper functioning of the ITESlive software, it is essential that your display players run on an operating system that is still supported by Microsoft.
We therefore invite you to:

Check the version and edition currently used on your display players;
To view the version, go further down in this article. -
Plan, if necessary, a Windows update or the replacement of your display players to avoid any service interruption.

How to check the player version in the ITESlive software
When you select a player, in the right-hand section under the Player Details section, the version information appears at the bottom.
