Are there suggested roles I can use when launching my digital signage project

This article contains sample roles that you can use in your digital signage project

 

 

 

The following example contains 3 roles, the goal with these divisions is simply to target the permissions required for each role according to the needs the user is likely to have while using the ITESLIVE Studio. Here are the 3 role suggestions that will be covered by this article.

• Content publisher : For users who will be publishing communications on your signage network. This role contains mainly the permissions required to broadcast content as well as the permissions required to monitor the signage network. 
  

• Template editor : This role is intended for users who will have access to create and edit templates in the ITESLIVE template editor. These users will need to collaborate with the content editors to create new templates and edit existing templates according to the editor's needs. Generally, the requests to edit existing templates or add new ones will come from the content editors, with that in mind this role contains the same permissions as the "content editor" role to allow the "template editors" to use communications being broadcast as inspiration in addition to having access to the ITESLIVE template editor.
• Administrator : The "Administrator" role has access to all of the permissions of the two others as well as having access to the user management features. They can also edit the names of players and sites in their signage network or move either players or sites if there are any changes or relocations in the signage network.
