Account or player expired, disabled, or deleted
Check if your player is deactivated or deleted
1. Go to the tree view
2. Click on the relevant site
3. Click on the associated player

Note: If no player is displayed, you need to create one. Please follow the steps in this article How to create a player.
4. Click on the gear icon to the right of the player
5. Select Edit

6. Make sure the Active checkbox is selected
Check if your group account is expired or deactivated
If your account group is expired or deactivated, you will not be able to log in to the ITESlive platform.
