- Player offline: Indicates that the identified display device has lost its connection to the ITESlive services.

Solution
Ensure that your content, especially images and videos, is optimized for display and processing. Files with excessively high resolution can slow down the system and impact performance without providing significant added value.Please note that if this alert is not triggered frequently, it may be an isolated case—for example, if your device is performing an update while displaying content. In this case, the device's load is temporarily higher due to the update, but once it is complete, everything should return to normal.
- Free Hardisk: Indicates that there is little available space remaining on the identified resource.
- Oudated OS: The identified resource's operating system is obsolete.
- Os Update Required: The identified resource's operating system has a pending update.
- Display Count Mismatch: The number of screens connected to the computer is different from what is normally expected.
Solution
- First, check whether the content is displaying correctly on the screen. If so, you can ignore this alert.
- Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the screen and the player.
- If the issue persists, replace the HDMI cable with another one, as the current cable may be defective. - Display Frozen: The display has had exactly the same content for the last several screenshots and may be frozen on site.
Solution
- First, check whether you have only one active piece of content in your playlist. If so, it is normal for the screenshot to be identical, and you can ignore this alert.
- If not, send a command from the studio to restart the software. If the command does not work, please restart the physical device on site. - App Not Visible: The display is currently being hidden by another window on the identified resource.
Solution
-Close any windows that are open on top of the display.
-Another option is to restart the device. - Data Provider Fall Back: The real-time data for the transport data provider for the identified resource are not available.
- CPU Temp: The identified resource's processor's temperature is too high.
- Display Sensors: An alert has been triggered by the identified resource's display sensor or the ITESlive software is no longer able to communicate with the display sensor.
- CPU Load: The identified resource's processor load is too high.
- Unstable Signal Connection: The identified resource has been frequently losing ites connection with the ITESlive services.
- Failed Content Updates: The identified resource has failed a content update.
- Failed Display Start: The identified resource's display has failed to start.
- IClient Failed To Start: The ITESlive software has failed to start on the identified resource.
- Render Process Crash: The process that renders the display's visual elements has stopped working.
- External Data Download Failed: The identified resource has failed to download the data for one of its external data clips.
- Web Clip Failed To Open: The identified resource has failed to open the web page configured in a web page clip.
- Expired Account: The identified resource's account group has expired.
- Transport Data Provider No Data: There is no data for this transport data provider.
- Transport Data Provider Near Expiration: This transport data provider's data is nearing its expiration date.
- Transport Data Provider Expired: This transport data provider's data has expired.
- Transport Data Provider Data Import Error: An error has occurred during the data importation process for this transport data provider.
- Bandwidth Usage: The identified resource's bandwidth usage is too high.
- Office 365 error: An error occurred when the display attempted to open an Office 365 document.
- Facebook error: An error occurred when the display attempted to recover the Facebook account's data.
