How to update the domains and firewalls to allow

1. Verify the version of your ITESlive Players

All your players must be updated to ITESlive version 8.1.5.0 (Windows player) and version 1.55.3 (all other types of players).

If one of your players is not running version 8.1.5.0, please send the command "Force Update". How to force update

If one of your players has a red dot, it is necessary to restore the connection before forcing the update.
How to Restore the Connection


Once reconnected, send the command "Force Update" to quickly install the latest version.

2. Update the domains and firewall

Important: Step 1 must to be completed before updating the authorized domains and ports.

Once all your devices are running the latest version of ITESlive, you must update the authorized domains and firewall settings on your network.
